Deadlift Form

Hi guys I'm new to the iron and as I train in a commercial gym I don't really have anyone to critique my form.

If anybody could take the time to point out any issues with my deadlift form I would be very grateful.

your spine position is ok - you wont hurt yourself at the mo.
BUT you are losing a lot of power because your hips start too high - need to be lower than shoulders
and your shoulders are forwards over the bar- they need to be either straight over or slightly behind, so you can pull the bar back with your shoulders while thrusting forward with the hips.
