Deadlift Form Help

I dont think ive been deadlifting right.

I recently tried a new pr and almost messed up my back.

Any tips should i sit my hips back and down with the bar against my shins then drive my heels? I dont feel ive been driving my heels at all…

Don’t drop the weight. After each rep use the exact same form you did getting the weight up to get it back down. You’re rounding your back when you just drop it.
Also, your lockout is pretty bad- you kind of shake yourself to make the bar jump up. It would have been exceptable in strongman. not in PL.
Other then that it’s a pretty good DL
