New lifter 42 yrs with DDD. After the exercise I feel great no pain. Just wondering if I am doing this right. Thanks!

The deadlift looked really easy to me. If anything, kinda squatty, but that might just be your body’s best deadlift position.

Add more weight so we can see some form breakdown and figure it out from there.
