Deadlift Form Check



Went heavy yesterday

500 lbs + 31 lbs of chain weight at lockout.

Felt smooth.

Added 20 lbs and stalled but then realized I need to fire my hips. Watching Chris Duffin’s vids on deadlifting he preaches hip drive as soon as you break the floor. I have to work on that, obviously. Other pointers?


Doesn’t look too bad, loved the spirit fingers on the second video.


LOL, yeah I guess I was praying to the strength gods since it was a PR for me.
