Deadlift Form Check


I have deadliftet on/off for about a year.
can anybody form check me. :slight_smile:

I can see i move forward a little bit, just when i start the pull.
I try to get the bar over the scapular before i start the pull, hence the back motion.

When it really gets heavy i have problems getting it of the floor, so i have started doing pause and RDL to get more hamstring and core strength.

Any other advice would be greatly appreciate. :slight_smile:

It looks quite good. You could try the bending the bar cue if you are worried it is pulling forward. You should rotate your elbows forward to get a tight upperback at the start of the pull.

You have a nice flat back and high hips position IMO. Could you try a more challenging weight to see where form breaks down.
