Deadlift Form Check

This was my first set for 315lb for 4 reps

2nd set for 315lb for 3 reps, audio is kind of synced weird here sorry.

Doesn’t look too bad to me, nothing really glaringly wrong. Just keep the bar close, and really push those hips through at the top. Your shoulders stay in good alignment over the bar from setup to lockout, just keep practicing and be strict with yourself and you’ll keep seeing progress. Nice work.
