Light weight trying to make sure I have form correct.
I struggle with some lordosis so I need to make sure I don’t hyperextend the back. I’m thinking my hips could be up a little higher? It seems easier to keep a straighter back though when I imagine “sitting back” a bit, but not sure if that’s a good cue or not. Thanks for any tips.
To be honest its hard to see any kind of form breakdown with real light loads like that. If you can post up a video of a working set of yours and it would be alot easier for people to address any problems you might have. But just based off what you posted that looks fine, but its easy to maintain form at low weight.
