Deadlift Form Check


Feel like my back is too round due to poor starting position. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Can you make it more pretty with 300 on the bar? If so, it just means that 405 is still a very (too?) heavy weight for you. While it’s unhealthy, rounding your back while deadlifting gives you a mechanical advantage. If you look the same while deadlifting lighter loads, however, it may be a mobility issue.
