Deadlift Form Check

I recently switched from conventional to sumo. I like it. Any tips or suggestions? I have been stretching every day so I can get my hips wider. I have also been messing around with foot position. I am trying to get to 450 by May 1st. My best pull is 370 conventional. I am using 3/5/1.

Looks pretty good to me. My only suggestion is to try to force your knees out harder so you can get your hips closer to the bar at the start.
