Deadlift Form Check

New to forum and just started powerlifting recently. Ultimate goal is to achieve a elite raw total completely clean at 220lb

Though you could look at my current deadlift and let me know if i need to work on any areas - watching the vid back i think my hips shoot up a bit but any other advice appreciated.

Going for 500-520lb deadlift in 2 weeks

Watch your videos and look at how much of your body is moving before the bar moves. This is a waste of power. Keep that chest up.

This is also resulting in a rounded lower back which shouldn’t be happening especially during speed work.
