Hi guys, Just wanted to get some feedback on my deadlift form. I have a good handle on 315 for reps. However as I go up in weight for singles or doubles my form starts breaking down a little bit the closer i get to my 1RM.
I get a bit of upper back rounding, I have checked with other sources on the web and upperback rounding seems to be okay. I just wanted to post some videos to get feedback on my overall form.
