Deadlift Form Check

Am I doing anything stupid here? I’d appreciate it if anyone could have a quick look and make sure I’m not missing anything. Thanks!

(I know that I shouldn’t be extending my neck like that. Just a bad habit I’ve picked up and didn’t really notice til this video.)

No outstandingly obvious issues. Just remember to keep those lats tight and pulling the bar in. You may want post a vid with a heavier dead where your form breaks, so you can get a better critique. So far, looking good from what I can see.

Thanks, I’ve never put much thought into my lats when deadlifting. I’ll start!
