I was just looking for some critiques of my deadlift form. Just to make sure I'm doing things correctly, and to correct any problems if needed.

I think you should drop your hips lower. It appears you set up decent, but as you start your lift, you bring your hips up and lift too much with your back. Concentrate on driving your heals through the floor. Just my 2 cents.
