Yeah, same total number of reps and same weight but in my experience it works better with 80%+. You can also time breaks between sets, depending on how heavy and how many reps it could be 30 sec.-2 minutes. I don’t necessarily think that singles-only is the best way to train deadlift but it can work and you don’t have much choice with those lousy plates. I would add some grip work, like double overhand holds at the end of your workout, I heard of people having grip issues as a result of singles-only. Jim Wendler mentioned that was a problem for him when he trained at Westside.
