Looks pretty damn easy dude. Form looks good and looks like you’re keeping everything tight that should be. Slow eccentric might be a really good way to keep the hex plates from messin ya up too.
Hey thanks man. Yeah it defnetly looks strong it felt slow a shit while i was executing it . then i looked a the vid and was like ok not so bad . so I will continue getting stronger with this technique and hopefully switch gyms soon.
