Hey everyone, first time posting here to try and get some advice on my deadlift form. For this workout, I was working up to an easy, something I’ve always hit before, for my last set. I’m currently dealing with a hand injury, so grip is a bit of an issue. Any advice would be appreciated.
All an all looks good, make sure you arent pulling off your toes. Kind of hard to tell if you were from the video, before your pull you should feel as though if you were to let go of the bar you would fall backwards.

Yeah, I squeeze my glutes as hard as I can on the lockout portion of the lift. The shorts I was wearing, combined with an overly baggy tank, makes it impossible to tell.
