Deadlift Feedback

#1

Hi, I was hoping I could get some help with my deadlift form here. I have been training on and off for a couple of years, but it's only the last 4 months I have been training regularly. I have made a lot of progress on the deadlift, but it has stopped at 130-140kg. On this video I have reduced the weight to 130kg. Apart from keeping my head straighter, what else can I improve? Thanks!

I'm not the most knowledgable guy, but it looks to me as though your sitting down to much turning your lift into a bit of a squat. Your knees are basically to bent and your not taking hold of the bar with a straight back. Get your feet set, then set your core with a deep breath and bend over with a straight back. Go down as far as you can (flexibility and arm length will come into play). Only then do you want to start dropping your hips and only as much as you need to get in a set position. Then take the slack out of the bar and pull.
