This is 320x6. When I first started 5/3/1 almost 3 months ago, I was barely at 205lbs once. I was wondering what I could do to improve my form. This is the first time I’ve filmed myself and noticed that I lifted my toes a couple times (I didn’t even know I did it) which tells me I’m a little off balance.
