Hey guys, where is my deadlift form off and why? This is 120KG, my current max is probably around 150. I havnt trained for a couple of years and want to get into powerlifting.

It looks like your hips shoot up right at the start and your shoulders are too far forward. Focus on keeping your shoulders above the bar and don't let it move forward. Keep your weight back and get your quads involved from the start.
Basically what I was going to say, shoulders coming over the bar a little too much. Try to lead the lift with your chest a little more if that makes sense to you.
Yeah I can see that now. I should be deadlifting over the weekend so will see how the form improves, appreciate the feedback guys.
