Deadlift Clusters

What some opinions: Would it be a good idea to use cluster training for dead lifting?

yes, assuming your form is solid and you have a good base of muscle

what is cluster training is that the 3,2,1 thing or no?

Clusters are basically rest/pause with singles. They are pretty much perfect for deadlifts. I wouldn’t overuse them though.

Thanks guys.

Yes. If I remember correctly, my deadlift improved around 40% or 90 lbs in 8 weeks doing them.

Mind if I ask

-How much of 1RM were you using?
-What were your before and after DL figures?

Thanks!

-I was using more than 90% 1RM, maybe my 2RM for 5 reps.
-From 185x1 to 275x1. Before that, I worked from 135x1 to 185x1 for 4 months.

I love deadlift clusters.

I did some a few days ago, if anyone is interested in my video:
