i have been working on keeping a neutral spine, shoulders over bar, and bar close to shins. what else do i need to do?
Looks pretty solid to me. I would try and squeeze your butt a little harder at the top. Your lockout just looks a little soft to me, I feel like if you squeezed your butt harder it would help you bring your hips to the bar and get a more complete lockout. But overall it looks good man, keep at it.
You look much more comfortable/natural doing deadlifts than you do in your squat videos. Keep working at both and you'll find that natural groove in your squat as well.
