Deadlift Bad Form

Hi , can you tell me its good or bad form and what to fix ? Thnks

Its not terrible. Drop your hips lower at address to increase the lumbar arch in your lower back. When this is achieved, you will feel the stress of the weight on your abs instead of your lower back. I would suggest dropping the weight to establish proper motor patterns. Also, remember to drive down through the heels, instead of picking the weight up. This will help utilize your posterior chain.

Your legs are almost straight and you are still very much bent over at that point. Dropping your hips lower at the start may and arching your back more would probably help with this.
