Its not terrible. Drop your hips lower at address to increase the lumbar arch in your lower back. When this is achieved, you will feel the stress of the weight on your abs instead of your lower back. I would suggest dropping the weight to establish proper motor patterns. Also, remember to drive down through the heels, instead of picking the weight up. This will help utilize your posterior chain.

I am far from an expert, not a coach of any sort. This is your first post so move this video to the beginner thread. Those responders are brilliant over there.

Your legs are almost straight and you are still very much bent over at that point. Dropping your hips lower at the start may and arching your back more would probably help with this.
