A golden barbell magically appeared from the holy lifting gods today.
Anyway, a bunch of magic bumper plates were loaded already too. There was 600kg on the bar, i walked up and with no belt or straps thought stuff it iâm feeling good and repped out a set of 600KgĂ1 million.
Woah what a PR, Sadly itâs not a world record because no one else saw itâŠ
i lost 10 kg body mass, prolly most of it muscle and i lost a lot of strength as well, i think i lost a grand total of 5 months of development due to the flu. i think i still have a chance of reaching my goal tho, but another flu and it will be impossible.

180kg with shoes off and on thick carpet??? Youâll be damn close to the 200 in ideal conditions. For slipperiness, your already using chalk, what about the bar, is it a cheaper smooth knurled bar? Try and get one with a nastier knurling so itâs not like holding onto a wet eel. Or find a place with a Texas deadlift bar.
i have filed for quitting of my gym membership, ill apply at another nearby that has eleiko weight plates, air con, an even floor. i donât know about their bars yet but it canât be worse
