I am coming back after being sick 2 weeks ago, and I have largely been rope skipping and busy with work, office type. I did a heavy bag session today, and hope to get something going with actual lessons when i can, who knows when. I am tomorrow going to really kick things back into gear with this program:

I want this because it includes deadlifts, is supersetted, and has unilateral work in it that I want to take a kick at finally. my actual schedule should look like this:

Sunday - muscle recovery complex as above - heavy bag drill.

Monday - speed rope ( I am going to start doing 5 minutes for the first round, then another 2 rounds of 3 until I graduate to longer for those too).
tuesday - bag drill, several rounds.
Wednesday - speed rope.
thursday - dips 4 set of 5 - chinups 4 sets of 5, 1 minute between sets. - bag drill.
off

The muscle recovery complex has had a few views, just noone commented on a prediction of how beneficial it might be. Any thoughts?
