Today was my 2nd Dead-Squat bar session - it’s feeling a bit better but I’m curious about body placement compared to the bar.
I am finding that my 1RM DS is 100lbs more than my high bar back squat and 100lbs less than my conv DL. An interesting hybrid.
Should the shins be fairly upright at the start?
Where is the bar in relation to the lower leg? I was experimenting with moving the bar farther back in my stance.
What is your best bar placement for DeadSquat from the floor?
