Dead-Squat Launch

So, my Dead-Squat bar is on it’s way - just ordered it today.

Looking forward to putting it to use!

I have seen one suggestion from you regarding HDL Dead-Squat Launch as 1 rep from the floor and then 3-4 from the hang.

So, just to clarify - you would use +/- 80% of your day’s 1RM, 1 rep from floor but no reset; the bar would go to about knee level and then forcefully reverse into launch?

Correct… you can work up to 85% as long as you stay explosive
