I have been diagnosed with a De Quervain tendonitis on my left wrist, I am wearing a wrist splint, and I try to relieve tension on the wrist as much as possible.
Yet I am trying to keep up with training, focusing on legs and abs, but as I train with resistance bands, I wonder if it would be possible to pursue upper body training with the bands fixed on the elbows, in order to keep the wrist unsolicited. The doctor was not very clear about the value/dangers of this solution.
Anybody with experience/advice on such a solution ?
