DE Percentages without Chains/Bands?

Am I correct in thinking that if I do not have any bands/chains my training percentages for a three week wave will be 60-70% rather than 50-60% for both upper and lower body, with 8-12 sets of 2 reps.

I am quite sure from what I have read this is correct but I just don’t want to make a mistake if I commit myself to this.

Bench is usually sets of triples, squat is usually sets of doubles. Speed and good form are key on DE day so if you can move 60% fast then start there. If not, start at 50%

A rep , a second …is the goal.

i find with squats i do better with lower percentages. ill go as low as 40%. usually 45-60%.

for upper body ill go as high as the 70% and definitely lower with bands.
