I really loved your westside for skinny bastards article (like all your other ones). well, I wanted to substitute the repetition day with a dynamic effort upper day.
so, just wanted to know if you could help me out on that and give a kind of outline for this like you did in your article. I’ve read david tate’s periodization bible abd he wrote pretty much at the end that after you’ve done you 8sets of 3 dynamic bench you should go on and work up to a 1-2 max rep set, would you recommend this also for a fb player?
