i am a football player (qb) at a d3 school and i have been doing a form of wsfsb. i have been doing Re upper body on friday and am benching 285x1. when should i switch over to de bench, or should i even switch over? thanks for your help.
Add in speed work when you feel your gains slowing due to a lack of speed. IE if you discover that your strength is increasing more slowly and you are no longer fast off the chest start doing speed work. If you're having trouble fitting it in a few sets before your ME attempt as a warm-up or even before your RE lift works well.
