My favorite workout of the week. I am currently only working with straight weight but after my meet in October I think I will add bands or chains to this day
You’ll love chains and especially bands!
Been using chains for about 3 weeks and i really notice my speed and lockout strength increasing, but got my mini-bands at last and used them twice. My god are my triceps sore!! The speed on the eccentric is awesome and when i did a straight set after using the bands the bar went into orbit! They are some serious bits of kit and i can see why you got to give them respect.
