IF you are so clusterfucked in the head that you over analize everly little nugget of shit in the proverbial toilet bowl, instead of actually going to the gym and seeing what works, then it's time to find a new hobby. Like knitting.
I prefer quilting.
how many times a week should i knit? will foam rolling lead to more square feet of blanket being produced? and what about post-knitting nutrition? ahhhhhhhhhhhhh......i give up.

Just remember to accelrate the quilting needle as fast as possible, and to autoregulate,.. sometimes you may feel like quilter for hours, and other times, just a few minutes while watching family guy reruns.
