On a excellent suggestion from ChristinaJenkins I’m posting this here for those that are in the DC metro area and not going to the T-Nation seminar. There’s interest in doing a training session on the following Sunday morning, Jan 15 at about 7-8 am in the Mall. This was previously posted on the seminar thread.
