I train at a pretty small gym, not a lot of equipment and it's only just high enough for me to do standing presses with dumbbells. So I'd like to do push presses with DB's, but the jumps are 3kg.
So what would you do, say my MTW is the 29kg's.
and maybe do a few more sets with these weights.
The thing is, I'm not sure if the 23's are too low and would bring me out of the MTZ?
