DB's Health Issue

Being 33 this may sound a bit wierd. I had a thread in another section but seeing most people with issues regarding this are here. I decided to post here instead.

Let me recap …never done any AAS …closest thing to for boosting test is tribulus.

About 6 months ago I started getting nipple itchiness and and swelling. It went away. I was ok fine. No real worries. About 3 months ago it came back worst them before. I was like oh ok this is not normal. I decided to see if it would go away. It did. Then about 4 weeks ago I had a major case of it and soreness and swelling. I decided to get my Dr to do something about it.

Previous to this I was complaining to my dr about mild depression mixed with anxiety/fidgety. Also tired …major tired. Specially after I would eat dinner. Also sleepless nights and cold sweats. And general angry disposition.

My Dr gave me a blood test to check androgens finally. Before that he sent me for every test before that with all normal results(including a sleep clinic). When the test came back he said the results where normal. And pretty much guarded the results like it was the cold fusion patient.

My Dr said lets see what happens and we will do something in like say 6 months. My thoughts were oh so I should grow some TITS and something will be done about this?

Now this week I am back with some mild nipple itchines and something worst. It feels like someone kicked me in the balls. I was up for a few hours the other night without sleep. It took some otc pain pill and fell a sleep.

I phoned my Dr’s office and requested the blood test from about 4 weeks ago.

Should I count on these results or is it better to get a few more tests? I am out of options …frustrated and really don’t know what to do. I don’t think nolva is the answer. As really there is some wacked out shifts in hormones in my body. What would any of you do?

Your doc is a dick.

The main red flag to any health professional, is a change in health status or symptoms. You have gone to him with a major, unexplainable change in your body, and he sits there picking his nose.

Come back in 6 months??? What when it too fucking late to resolve this properly.

Get a new doctor/second opinion.

The itchy nipples and sore bollocks could be due to eleveted prolactin levels. Which could have a fairly innocent cause (eg stress) or a more sinister cause (prolactinoma of the pituitary).

How’s your libido?

Also, make sure that prolactin levels are checked correctly ans apparently they can be misread/mismeasured.

My libido is not healthy at the moment. I get calls for booty all the time and I am like meh …and i’ll even force myself to go. Only once I have some porn on and direct stimulation am I ready to go. I even don’t get good morning solutes anymore …maybe once every 3 weeks.

Nah …i have not looked at a man going mmmm baby …i still look but the lack of interest is there and I know it. Everyone that knows me is concerned about it. …lets hope that blood profile I am going to pickup on monday is going to shed some light on the subject.

If not then I am at a lost …maybe i can get my dr to send me to another dr or something.

Any doctor that is reticent to give you a photocopy of your blood tests right then and there is not to be trusted. He simply does not want you to participate in your own health maintenance.

Your posts make it obvious that your gut feeling is that your doctor isn’t doing right by you. Your gut is right. You need to take the next step and do something about it.

I agree with your statement “I don’t think nolva is the answer.” But the reason I agree with it is because you don’t have any blood work to tell you what is going on. It seems obvious that you’re having estrogen issues, but the obvious isn’t always right and acting on a pure guess should be a last resort.

Confront your doctor. It’s very simple. You’re going to him for help and you’re not getting it - make him tell you why. If he says he doesn’t know why you’re having the problems you’re having ask to be referred to a specialist. If you let him brush you off, you’ll have no one to blame but yourself.

OK I have my blood test results from before. This is when I was experiencing no symptoms it was an average day. But my dr sent me for a work up anyways.

Free test 45.9
sTSH 1.05
LH 2
DHEAS 8.9
FSH 3
Test 18.1
Protlatin 7
Estradiol 60

Looks like my DHEA is outside normal range according to this report.

range suggested is 2.6-7.7 mine was 8.9

How the fuck could that be …I am at a loss

So I took my results to another Dr. He gave me another blood test. He said we need a movie and not a picture as to what is happening. So back to the lab again.

He tryed to tell me the elevated DHEA levels were due to increase use of whey protien drinks and that over time it causes the problems that I have been having. He also said its like a built up effect over time. I was like wtf … I hate when people talk out there ass.

Got the blood test done this morning. Going to keep you posted with the results. The dr is going to give me a copy and my faimly dr a copy. So …no symptoms today feeling normal.

Come and Go
gyno --itchy nipples sore …inflamed
acne
bloating
erection stiffness
feeling like I got a kick in the balls for a couple hours

PERM --some of these are gone after a work out feeling normal and on top of the world
scale 1-10 on tolerable
mood swings (6)
fatigued (9)
libido (9)(i like to look when its there but no nearly like I was)
depression (5)
anxiety (4)
motivation (7)
morning wood (9) is gone cept once ever couple weeks

Hope that clears it up for you.

Sounds very much like you got something going on with your pituitary gland. You have any trauma to your noggin at all recently? Regardless, most docs or endos would want to do a MRI of the pituitary / hypothalmus in addition to BW

No head trauma not for a long time. I use to get it all the time from Kempo but thats been years. Only other thing would be drug use from when I was a teen damaging my brain. But doubtfull

Have you logged your symptoms on a calendar to see if there is a pattern? You may want to keep a diary of things you eat, stressful situations, etc., and see if a pattern developes w/ur symptoms.

Several yrs ago I was having problems with my legs swelling so bad they literally felt as if my shins were going to burst open. Once I started logging everything that took place during the day, including the food @ ate, I realized soda was causing the swelling. Haven’t drank a soda for almost 12yrs now, and no more swollen legs.

Your condition may not be quite as easy to pinpoint but its worth a shot.

Also, don’t completely discount your docs opinion on the whey. Its amazing how your body changes when you get older. You can go years w/out having allergies then all of a sudden you wake up one day and bam…allergies.

Hope everything works out for you buddy.

Thanks  Maybe I will check into it.

OK had a DR’s appointment yesterday with my regular Dr to discuss the blood levels. My new test showes DHEA is down. All other levels in range. Which is really good news. Going to wait another couple weeks and take another blood test. Make sure the levels are on the way down.

Oh the Dr is rechecking my blood sugars and a ton of other stuff. Since I have an emergency at work I have to be here early I have to wait. Till tomorrow to give a blood test. Think they are going to make me drink some sugar drink or something.

Since high levels DHEA over long periods of time can be very damaging to a guys “manhood” the DR gave me some Sildenafil citrate, Tadalafil, and Vardenafil to try. Only after I told him I had access and took Tadalafil. And boy oh boy that stuff really works well. I was really really please and so were they. It was like being 12 years old. Took me almost 45 mins with no stimulation to get soft again. WOW!!! Only side effect I got was a head ache and I think that was a cold I was comming down with.

Other then that not much to report. I also switched whey products. to egg based. Guess we will see. I had a minor sides last night of the itchy nipples but it went away rather fast.

Okay, this may sound stupid, but is the skin on your nipples dry? Not sure if your itch is internal or external. If it’s external, you may try considering using Vaseline or baby oil on them after you shower.

Sounds silly, but it works.

Nope not a dryness issue. I thought that at first a few months back. And thought it would pass. This is more inside and I get inflamed nipples. When its inflamed you can see it puffed out when I flex. Also the dhea levels in my blood show something is not right. It effects more things then just itchy nipples. Like getting kicked in the nuts feelings that come and go. Also problems with sexdrive and such. Desire is there but when it comes down to it I am like meh. And who does that when you have 2 girls waiting for you. No guy is like that. Certainly not me. All of this is abnormal. So the drugs from the dr and my buddy helped out a lot. Atleast I can keep my relationships still going. Also my mood swings a bit. Its not a normal feeling at all. I wish it was just some dryness. I would be more then happy to use some cream and make it go away. But more is going on then just that.
