I’m 6’4" 230lbs and I have been stuck at 230 for a while and want to put on some more weight (10-15 lbs). I am 21 and have been lifting for about 7 years. I have tried some supplements, with mixed results. I am debating whether or not to do D bol or winstrol. I am leaning toward D bol because it will be out of in my system quicker (might get tested) and I think it will put on more weight. I’m not sure how accurate this is.
Also if I do take D bol I want to know the proper way to take it (amount and how long etc.) and if I should take anything with it in order to avoid side effects. Let me know what you think.
