Dbol Dosage

i hear alot of people say to split the dbol dosages, but i found that i get best results taking my whole days doise at one before i got to the gym, i only split it up on off days. anyone else do this? The results are like night n day…

Do what works for you, to a reasonable extent. What youre doing is fine. 1-2 hours preworkout is a good for a lot of people, provided they arent doing dbol only cycles.

I have tried both: splitting it up during the day and taking 30-50 mg 45 min pre-work out. Like you, I have found the best results by taking it all pre-workout. I do not take it on non-training days though.
