Dbol Dosage/Timing

Yo. I’m almost onto the Dbol phase of my Test E / Dbol Cycle. See Below…

Test E - Wk 1-10 (250mg x 2/wk)
Dbol - Wk 9-12 (60mg ed)

Anyway, i’ve got a tub of 100 x 15mg Tabs. I was wondering…

  1. How should i take them? as in, should i take 1 pill in morning, 1 in afternoon, one pre workout and one pre Bed? OR, all Pre workout? from what ive read these are the 2 schools of thought…

  2. should i up my adex from .25 to .50 for the time im on the dbol?

Hahah wow, small world man. No problem, your the first i’ve spoken to on any forum.

Usually Dbol is taken at the first of a cycle. I personally have never heard of taking it late like you’re stating. Usually weeks 1-4 or 5 and 40mg to 50mg a day is the norm. .50 is usually the regular dosage of adex also, however it’s something that varies slightly between person. So if you feel as if .25 is working then by all means proceed, but at the first sign you should not hesitate to up the dosgae… hope this helps and good luck

If I was you, I’d take 30mg Pre workout, and the other 30mg spread out throughout the day.

Its called a bridge, You bridge your cycle to PCT, ive chosen to do it this way due to certain events at the beginning of my cycle, I.E Birthday. Alcohol and Dbol… goodnight sweet liver. And ive only got 15mg pills, i wanted to use it at 50mg, but between 40 or 60 , id rather 60mg.

Yeah well im on .25 and ive had no sides whatsoever so il continue at it untill i take dbol, it just makes sense to me to up the adex dosage when im on dbol as a precautionary measure.

well i train at 7pm , no compromise, so i guess i could take 15mg upon waking, 30mg at 5pm (2 hours pre workout???) and 15mg before bed?

Apparently the half-life is 6-8 hours, so i could probrably take 2x 30mg doses… Is taking it pre workout THAT different to just taking it normally?

Definitely makes me feel more aggressive in the gym, I’ll always go for that extra rep or two. Try it for yourself and see what works best for you.
