If I run 50mg dbol ED only. How much clomid or nolvy should I take?
Sensitivity to estrogen really depends on the person, generally while i’m on i will start with no nolvadex at all and then add it in when the nips start to get sore. I start with 20mg/day at that point but i generally drop it down to about 10mg/day maintenance dose and then bring it back up if soreness returns. Generally it doesnt for me but i know people who have to take a lot more nolvadex than that to keep the boobies away.
