hey guys…anyone know how to prevent the round DB’s from slipping when doing squeeze presses, i have tried doing them with thumbs close together but that iritates my wrists…

hey guys… did the squeeze press yesterday using the low cables in cable station ,lying on the ground, (all benches were being used)…the contraction is insane…works pretty well if ur gym doesn’t have hex DB’s like mine
