Hey guys, I’ve been progressing pretty well with DB Rows lately (still weak in general but for me it’s been good). Form has definitely gotten slightly worse but I’ve added about 20lb. per side for 12 reps or so.
Anyway I’m just looking for a form critique. Compared to kroc rows I’ve seen I don’t think it’s too bad at all but just in case I’m missing something or if there would be a better way to go about it.
