Day 12 on the Anabolic Diet - Carb Crash

So I just started the Anabolic Diet and have been wondering when the oft-discussed “carb crash” would hit, as I’ve had a lot of energy and great workouts the whole time.

Now on the evening of the last day (Day 12) of the adaptation phase, I am quite obviously having this crash, as I feel like I’m coming down with something, I crave carbs, and I just want to lay on the couch.

I am due for my first carb-up starting tomorrow morning, but now I’m wondering if this will be too much of a shock to do this right on the heels of my crash, and I won’t even have a full day of being “fat adapted” before flooding my system w/ carbs again.

Should I wait until Sunday for the carb-up or just go ahead w/ the 12-day adaptation/2-day carb-up as outlined in the book?
