Hey I’m sure most have read Dave Tate’s article he put up for the typical T-Nation reader. Is this article geared specifically to increase the bench or just how to setup a template for the upperbody? Thanks.
To increase the bench.
Its a template to train the upper body, avoid injury and increase the bench. Its not a bodybuilding program per se.
