SO I've completed my 1st V-Diet for a total loss of approximateley 13.2 lbs. keep in mind I ran it for 24 days instead of 28 days because I had a vacation planned. I am now enjoying normal food (clean to say the least) keeping my macros and coloric intake at the recommended level to continue fat loss and muscle gain. One difference is that I am carb cycling and carb tapering. I will run this program for 4 weeks and see what th difference is vs. V-Diet and post results. Here are todays starting numbers
