Mon 1/12/15 - 197lb bw, start of training for SPF pro/am in Des Moines,IA March 29th.
* raw squat with sleeves - 405x1, 455x1, 495x1, 545x1, 275x4setsx8.
* leg press - 4x25
* leg curls - 3x15
* giant set of kb swings, med ball lunges, med ball squats - 4 rounds of 15-30 reps each.

Nice squatting Dave. You have ridiculous explosive strength.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I live in Alaska and we have sub-junior world record holders here. I'm getting out squatted by 15 and 17 year old girls haha. All you can do is train hard though and be consistent. It's definitely a sport that requires a ton of patience and hard work. I've only had one powerlifting meet so far and have fallen in love with the sport. Anyway, I hope your upcoming meet goes well! Best of luck to you. :slightly_smiling:
