This isn’t the first time I’ve used Google’s image search on “her” pics, it’s simply the first time I have decided to mention it because, frankly, I don’t really care. I don’t find her as interesting as most here seem to, and that disinterest includes arguing beyond this post about her chronic use of disingenuously cropped avatars.

I know that back when SAMA was around DN posted several of her avatar pics in the threads there as pictures of her.

3/4 of the avatars on this site might not be of the poster but I don’t think 3/4 of them post the same pictures of “themselves” in tvixen threads.

How do I train?

It’s simple. I eat. train like a motherfucking steroid raged bitch. Fuck like a whore and Sleep like a log.

I train 5 to 6 times a week depending on my busy schedule.

My workout for the next 2 months looks like this:

Monday Legs - Hams and calves

Tuesday Chest and arms (Tri)

Weds: Legs: Quads -calves

Thurs: Shoulders

Friday: Legs conditioning (Hill sprint - Prowler pull and push) + stretching

Saturday: Back and arms (Bi)

Sunday: Rest

Sample training day. Legs

Leg Curls: 6x10 then finish with partials 1x25

Front squat: 5x10

Hack squat: 6x10 then finish with drop sets till there isn’t any plates left on the machine

Leg Press (close stance): 6x10 then finish with drop sets, same as above

Leg Extension: 5x12 then drop sets.

Calves: Smith machine standing calf raises 4x20, Barbell seated calf raises 4x20, Leg press machine calf press 4x15.

Barbell Hip thrusts: 4x12

Fucking stretch

Sample training day: Shoulders

Warm up drill with bands

Lat raises: 6x15

seated Front raises: 6x15

Seated Lat raises ss Seated bent-over rear delt raise: 6x15

Partial lat raises (5x25) ss plate or barbell front raise (5x12)

Cuban Press: 4x15

Overhead Press: 3x12

Fucking Stretch.

And on that note.

I’m out pushing some fucking weights.
