Dan…find you some cheese pizza or vegetarian pizza a couple times a week. Thin crust, whole wheat if possible. Chicken, ground beef and ham is acceptable as well as w/e veggies you wanna add.

Also, go to Mickey D’s…Grab a pair of burgers plain for cheap. Throw away one of the buns and stack your burgers on one bun with as much mustard and veggies as you want. Grilled chicken is good too.

Got a little cash ? Go grab yourself a nice steak and baked potato from a Applebees or an Outback Steakhouse or something once in a while.

Friday or saturday or w/e…let loose. Do you like cake, waffles, cheesecake, ice cream or Doritos or something ? Have some.
