Hey guys, I'll only post a little about myself because I don't want to bore you. I'm 18 years old, played loads of sports when I was little, but got bored of football my Freshman year of high school. I lived a completely sedentary life for two years, until I got into rugby. My junior year I started playing rugby, and did very well. This past spring (my senior season), I was captain of the forwards on my team, and starter at the hooker position.
I started lifting more seriously over the summer last year. That's all you could want to know about me, mainly because I'm a boring kid.
Weight: 170 lbs
Maxes (Not actual 1rm's, these are the ones I base my %'s on for 5/3/1)
Deadlift: 250 (very lowballed)
I just started the third week of 5/3/1 with great success.
