I am 21 year old female who’s interested in strength training and brazilian jiu jitsu. I recently kept a training log on another website but was not very happy with how everyone treated me.
I am here for strength mainly, not very interested on devoting too much attention on my appearance.
I started working out with my boyfriend about two months ago doing squats, deadlifts, different kinds of press and bodyweight exercises. My goals are to just increase the weight and continue to keep good form/technique.
Hoping I can find some like minded people!
