Oh yes! A strong woman! I always preferred to train women as they generally have a higher pain tolerance and work capacity, which will both be needed for this plan!!!

Yes, I feel women can handle more volume sometimes! … but I started today! Started with the leg day, it was a great workout!

I did add a third round to each complex- I loved the burn. The sled walking backwards burned so good.

While I do respect hard work. I highly recommend that you follow the plan as written for at least a week before adding stuff if. And if you are thinking about doing more, tell me about it first.

Had covid and was down and out for a bit, but back at the program now! On push day! Here we go :slight_smile:

Any lingering effects? When my wife and I had it it was like a regular flu. We had diminished endurance for about 10 days afterwards, but that’s about it
